Kanji stroke order graphics are derived from KanjiVG and are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. The stroke-order illustration of the character 今 shown on this website is drawn from the same KanjiVG paths under the same license.
The Japanese–Korean, Japanese–English, and proper-name databases are adaptations of the sources above. dictionary_ko/open_dictionary.db, dictionary_en/open_dictionary.db, dictionary_names/names.db, and the data they contain are distributed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Japanese forms and readings were selected and normalized for search. English glosses were translated and reviewed for the Korean database. Source gloss groups were preserved, normalized, and indexed for the English database. Japanese WordNet was used only as permitted evidence for missing senses. JMnedict romanizations and name types were preserved, and Japanese readings were deterministically transcribed for Korean lookup. Source examples were not copied.
